Claude With Hiveku: An AI Teammate, Not Another Tab
Claude with Hiveku, in plain terms
Claude with Hiveku means two things. Hiveku's own AI runs on Claude, among other models. And Claude Desktop or Claude Code can connect straight to your Hiveku account. Either way, the AI works from one customer record, your brand memory and real tools, not from whatever you pasted into a chat window.
The copy-paste tax
You've probably tried this already. You open Claude and paste in last month's numbers from analytics, a few rows from the CRM and a draft from the content doc, then ask for help. The answer is good. Then you copy it back out into four different tools and fix the formatting in each one.
That isn't a Claude problem. Claude did its part. The trouble is everything around it: the AI can only see what you carried over by hand, and it can't do anything with its answer except hand it back to you.
If that sounds familiar, you're not doing it wrong. It's what happens when every tool in the stack works fine on its own and nothing works together. We wrote about that cost in The Real Cost of Juggling 6 Marketing Tools. Putting an AI tab on top doesn't close those gaps. It adds one more.
Two ways Hiveku and Claude work together
Claude inside Hiveku
Hiveku's AI features run on several models, Claude among them, with automatic failover between providers, so one slow provider doesn't stall your work. If your team already pays for Claude, you can bring your own API key. You'll find Claude listed as a native integration on our integrations page.
Hiveku inside Claude
This is the newer half. Claude Desktop and Claude Code can connect to your Hiveku account through Hiveku's MCP server. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard Claude uses to plug into other software. You create a Hiveku key and add the connection in Claude. From then on, Claude can read and act on your account, not a pasted copy of it. ChatGPT can connect the same way, if that's where your team works.
Once it's connected, Claude can reach your CRM contacts and deals, SEO rankings and audits, content, email campaigns, social posts, ad campaigns, helpdesk tickets, projects and tasks, phones, and the website itself. As of October 2026, a full connection gives Claude more than 2,300 tools.
Why one record changes what AI can do
The number of tools isn't the point. The point is that they all write to the same place.
When Claude looks up a lead, it's the same contact your sales team sees, with the same deal, the same email history and the same page visits. When it drafts a campaign, the audience is your real list, not a CSV export from last Tuesday. That's what Hiveku is built around: it covers the work of 46 tools across 11 categories, on one customer record. Connect Claude to that, and the AI finally sees the whole picture you've been rebuilding in spreadsheets.
It also reads your account's memory before it acts: your brand voice, customer avatars, customer journeys, rules and the playbooks your team has saved. That's why the output sounds like your business and not like every other AI draft on the internet. (There's more on why that matters in Why Most AI Content Sounds the Same.) For writing and strategy, Claude can hand the work to Hiveku's own department agents, like Content, SEO and Social, which carry the same memory.
What it looks like on a Tuesday
Here's what a marketing director might actually ask.
"What came in overnight, and what needs me today?"
Claude checks new leads in the CRM, open helpdesk tickets and today's project tasks, then gives you a short brief. You don't have to log into three dashboards before your first coffee.
"Run the weekly SEO check and tell me what moved."
It pulls your tracked rankings (and Search Console, if it's connected), flags the pages that slipped and suggests what to refresh first. You decide what's worth the time.
"Draft the November newsletter for our customer list."
Claude builds the campaign from your brand voice and your real audience, runs a dry run to show who'll receive it, and sends a test to your inbox. Then it stops. Nothing goes to your list until you say yes.
"Make a featured image for this post that matches our blog."
This one's real: the image at the top of this post was made exactly this way. Claude read the brand guide, studied the existing blog images and generated new ones in the blog's style. After a revision round, it saved them to the Media Library with alt text and saved the style to brand memory so the next image matches too. It logged the whole job as a project task with a short update for the owner. A person approved the look at every round.
This is the split we described in AI Marketing Agents: What They Actually Do. The AI takes the repetitive, data-heavy work. You keep the judgment calls.
Why it's safe to let an AI work in your account
Giving software access to your CRM and your email list should come with clear limits. These are built in:
None of this is there to slow the AI down. It's there so you can hand it real work and still sleep fine.
How to get started
You don't have to move everything on day one. Start with one piece, and add more once it's earned its place.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. Claude Desktop is a regular app, and you talk to Claude in plain English. Connecting it is a one-time setup. Claude Code suits people who already work in a terminal, but you don't need it.
Can Claude change things without asking?
It can act on whatever its key allows, so scope the key to the work you want done. The actions that reach people have checkpoints: a dry run and a test send for email, and a human approval in the dashboard for video. Everything Claude does shows up in the audit log.
Which Claude apps work with Hiveku?
Claude Desktop and Claude Code connect through Hiveku's MCP server. ChatGPT can connect the same way.
Do I need my own Claude subscription or API key?
For Hiveku's built-in AI features, you don't. They run on Hiveku's models, Claude among them, and bringing your own Claude API key is optional. To work from Claude Desktop or Claude Code, you'll need a Claude account to use those apps. Anthropic's plans cover that side.
See the price first
We think you should see the price before you talk to anyone. See Hiveku pricing. When you're ready, connect Claude and give it its first Tuesday.
