Hiveku Meet: Video Calls Without Leaving Hiveku
Start a huddle from any team conversation, meet a client from their contact record or support ticket, and give every booking its own room. Record a call to get a transcript you can search, and ask your AI team about what was said.
- Huddles
- Client meetings
- Booked meetings
- Recordings and transcripts
- AI agents in calls
- Webinars
- A call keeps going in a small window at the bottom right while you move around Hiveku.
- Microphone, camera, background blur, screen sharing and recording in every call, plus an audio and connection check.
- Switch to another window or tab while you share your screen, without stopping the share.
- Clients and other guests join from their browser, with no account.
Huddle Right From the Conversation
Every channel and direct message has a Start huddle button. In a direct or group message it rings the others, who can accept or decline. In a channel it is posted for everyone to join, and the header shows how many people are in it.
- Up to 20 people in a huddle.
- Ring more teammates in from inside the call.
- Join a huddle from the Hiveku phone app, too.
- Open a Hiveboard linked to the conversation beside the call.
- Two quick games in the call: Tic-Tac-Toe and Rock-Paper-Scissors.
- When a huddle ends, its card stays in the conversation with how long it ran.
- In a channel shared with a client's workspace, people from both teams can join the huddle.
Recordings With Transcripts You Can Search
Anyone on your team who is in a call can record it. The recording opens in one window, with its transcript below and your AI team beside it.
- Click a line of the transcript to play from that moment, or search it for a word.
- Select a line and ask a department about it: Sales, Marketing Strategy, SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, Email Marketing, Production or Helpdesk.
- Newer recordings name each voice after the person speaking, when Hiveku can tell who it was.
- Stop and restart recording during a call: each part keeps its own file and transcript.
- After a recorded huddle of two minutes or more, everyone on your team who was in it gets a recap by email and in the app: who was there, a short summary and a link to the recording.
- A recorded client meeting is saved to the contact's timeline, or to the ticket it started from.
- Recordings are kept until the host or one of the account's admins deletes them, with their transcript.
- Transcripts and recaps run on AI credits.
Bring Your AI Team Into the Call
Start a huddle with the Chief of Staff from a Room's Boardroom table, or with a department's agent from its chat. You can also invite an agent into a huddle or a client meeting. The agent is told what the meeting is about, and it answers out loud.
- A Room's huddle briefs the Chief of Staff on the Room, and what is said comes back into the Room.
- The sales, support, production and marketing chats have a Huddle button. The agent greets you, and what is said comes back into that chat.
- Invite an agent from inside a call: the receptionist, sales, support, production, marketing, SEO, PPC, content, social, email or the Chief of Staff.
- With two or more people in the call, say hey and the agent's name to ask it something, or press Ask AI and it answers what you say next.
- Silence the agent so it only listens, or dismiss it.
- It can save a task, a note on the client's timeline or a follow-up email draft, and only after the person speaking says yes. Drafts are never sent.
- Afterwards its notes go where the meeting belongs: the conversation, the chat, the contact or the ticket. Otherwise the person who invited it gets them by email.
- With a client in the call, it uses public information only and says it is an AI.
- It follows the same rules as in chat: the department must be switched on and your role must allow it.
- Agents run on AI credits, need phones set up on your account, and join calls of up to 12 people.
Meet Clients From Their Record or Their Ticket
On a contact, the video button offers Meet now, Schedule and Copy invite link. On a support ticket, Video meeting makes a link you can text or post as a reply. Your client joins from the browser, with no account.
- Meet now starts the room, puts you in it and sends the link by email or text.
- A link for later expires in 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days.
- Schedule sends the contact your booking link.
- Guests wait until you let them in, and Hiveku alerts you when someone arrives.
- Up to 10 people in a client meeting.
- The email invite goes from a connected inbox on your account, the contact owner's first. Email and text invites skip anyone who opted out.
- Choose to record the meeting when you make the link.
A Private Room for Every Booking
Meeting types use Hiveku Meet unless you pick another way to meet. Each booking gets its own room, and the join link goes in the guest's confirmation and reminders.
- Prefer another way? Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, a phone call or in person.
- Guests who arrive early see a countdown until it is time.
- The event on your own calendar carries the same link, and it lets you in as the host.
- Group sessions share one room, for up to 10 people including hosts.
- Guests knock, and you decide who comes in.
- A booking can add the guest to your CRM, log the meeting on their timeline and start a workflow.
