Set up a webinar in one form, invite one of your audiences or share its sign-up page, and go live in Hiveku Meet. Everyone who signs up lands in your CRM, and afterwards you see who came and how long they watched.
One form sets up a webinar: what it is, when it runs, the room's limits and who to invite.Point at a numbered area to see it up close.

Invites and sign-ups
Invite an Audience, and Let Anyone Sign Up
Pick one of the audiences you use in Email Marketing, and Hiveku emails the invite, a reminder an hour before and a go-live email when you start. Or share the webinar's public sign-up page anywhere you like.
Invites go out once a webinar has a date and an audience. Until then it stays a draft.
The sign-up page asks for a name, an email and, if they like, a company.
Each person gets a confirmation with a personal join link, and can add the webinar to their calendar.
People who signed up get their own reminder and go-live emails, with their personal link.
The Join button on the sign-up page unlocks by itself when you go live.
Change the time or cancel, and everyone who was invited or signed up is told.
Webinar emails go from your own verified sending domain. Audience emails skip anyone who unsubscribed and count toward your plan's monthly marketing emails.
Each audience email reaches up to 1,000 people.

CRM
Every Sign-Up Lands in Your CRM
Everyone who signs up becomes a contact, or is matched by email to the one you already have. When the webinar ends, each person's timeline gets a webinar card, next to their calls and emails.
Each card says Attended or No-show. For people who came, it shows when they joined and left and how much they watched.
A sign-up never overwrites a name already on the contact.
On the webinar's page: registered, attended, show rate, average watch time, peak audience and how long you were live.
For each person: when they joined and left, their watch time and how much of the webinar they watched.
Filter to attendees or no-shows, open anyone's contact, or download the list as a CSV.
While you are live, the list fills in as people arrive.
The host and the account's admins can play the recording on the webinar's page.
