Hiveku integrates directly with Google Ads so you can create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns from inside Hiveku. Hiveku also integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other social platforms so you can publish content, respond to engagement, and manage your ad accounts from a single dashboard.

Hiveku ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website management platform and related services.
We collect Personal Data (name, email, photos, identifiers), User Content (CRM data, discussions, AI conversations, email contents), and Usage and Diagnostic Data (pages visited, features used, error logs, performance metrics).
We use this information to provide and improve Hiveku services, authenticate users, prevent fraud, support customers, process transactions, and send service communications.
Hiveku's chat and "AI departments" are powered by third-party AI providers, currently Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, accessed via OpenRouter. The content you submit is used solely to produce the AI's response to you. We do not use your content, nor do our AI providers use it, to train their models.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers (authentication, AI processing, cloud infrastructure) under strict confidentiality agreements.
Hiveku integrates with advertising and social platforms so you can manage your accounts from Hiveku. When you connect an account, you authorize Hiveku to access data from that platform on your behalf.
Google user data. When you connect Google Ads, Hiveku accesses your campaign, ad, and performance data and can create or modify campaigns at your direction via the Google Ads API. Hiveku's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data solely to provide advertising-management features to you within your Hiveku account; we do not sell it, transfer it except to provide the service or as required by law, or use it for advertising or to train generalized AI models. Revoke access anytime in Hiveku or at google.com/permissions.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data. When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta ad account, Hiveku accesses and manages content, engagement, and advertising data on your behalf to provide publishing, analytics, and management features, in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use it only to provide these features and do not sell it. Disconnect anytime in Hiveku or your Meta settings.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and port your personal data. We offer an in-app account deletion flow at /account-deletion.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your contact information accurate and current.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it to violate the law, or interfere with other users' accounts. You also agree to comply with the terms of any third-party platform you connect (Google, Meta, etc.).
Hiveku integrates with third-party platforms including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Hiveku to act on your behalf with that platform within the permissions you grant. You may revoke those permissions at any time from within Hiveku or from the third-party platform's own settings. Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by their respective terms and policies.
Hiveku and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you upload and create in your workspace.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data through the in-app account deletion flow.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiveku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
