Hiveku covers 30 jobs most businesses buy a separate app for, from your website and CRM to SEO, ads, phones and the books, and every plan opens every one of them. Here is every app, what it costs on its own, and what Hiveku does instead.
When your website, CRM, phones, ads and AI share one record for every customer, the work connects without anyone copying it across.
Every call lands on the right contact
Tracking numbers show which ad or keyword made the phone ring, and the recording and transcript land on the contact in your CRM.
Every lead gets a follow-up
A form on your site creates the contact, and an automation emails and texts them back right away, with nothing to wire up in between.
Your ads learn from your sales
Leads and sales from your CRM go back to your ad platforms as conversions, so each one knows which ads brought in customers.
One AI that knows the whole business
AI teammates for sales, marketing, support, phones, projects and the books work from one memory of your business, and wait for your approval on anything risky.
“Hiveku replaced our entire marketing stack. Website, SEO tools, analytics, and project management — all in one place.”
Chris Ventry, Founder, Acquire Marketplace
Straight answers
What Hiveku doesn't replace
If you rely on one of these, keep that app. We would rather tell you now than after you switch.
Online store checkouts
Stores on Wix, Squarespace, WooCommerce or Webflow Ecommerce stay where they are.
Courses and member communities
GoHighLevel's courses and communities have no match in Hiveku.
Reselling Hiveku as your own software
Agencies can put their brand on Hiveku for clients, but not resell it at their own prices the way GoHighLevel's SaaS mode allows.
A full accounting ledger
Hiveku handles invoices, bills, bank imports and a cash-basis profit and loss. If your accountant needs a full ledger, keep QuickBooks or Xero.
Thousands of app connections
Hiveku has about 20 built-in connections, plus webhooks and any app with an API. Keep Zapier for an app Hiveku doesn't connect to.
Review replies beyond Google
Hiveku answers your Google reviews. Replies on other review sites still happen there.
Switching
Moving over is easier than it sounds
Start with one job and keep your other apps running while you move the rest.
Moves over for you
Contacts, companies and deals from HubSpot or GoHighLevel, once or on a schedule, so both stay current while you switch.
Contacts from any other app, from a CSV file.
Your phone numbers, ported in with an authorization link for the number's owner.
Your website's pages, text, images and SEO settings, copied from the live site and rebuilt as a site you edit with AI.
Every form on the new site, captured into the CRM automatically.
Gets rebuilt
Automations and email sequences, recreated in the visual workflow builder.
Email lists and templates, set up as Hiveku audiences and campaigns. Then you switch your sending domain over.
Funnel and page layouts. Site import copies each page, and you adjust it with AI.
Connections to apps Hiveku doesn't cover, through a webhook or the app you use today.
At your pace
Start with one job, such as the CRM or the website, and keep the old app until the new one is ready.
Your 7-day free trial opens every part of Hiveku, so you can test each one before you cancel anything.
Calls keep ringing while your numbers move: they switch over when your old carrier releases them.
Keep your site live during the move, then point your domain when the new one is ready.

How we price the apps
Each app's price is an entry-level paid plan at its regular rate, never a promotion, as its own pricing page showed it on the date shown. Each line names the plan and says whether it is billed yearly or monthly. Prices marked est. came from an automated check and are still being confirmed by hand. The total at the top counts one app for each job at its entry plan, for one person. The pricing page's Find your price sizes the apps it compares to the numbers you enter, so its totals can differ from the entry plans shown here; use it for your own total. Real bills usually run higher as you grow. If a price has changed, tell us and we will correct it.
